Where are you located?
We have several locations in Texas.
Plano facility is located at 6900 Alma Drive Suite B, Plano, TX 75023.
Big Spring facility is located at 409 E 23rd St, Big Spring, TX 79720.
Snyder facility is located at 300 E 37th St, Snyder, TX 79549.
Pampa facility is located at 2101 W 23rd St, Pampa, TX 79065.
When can I access my storage unit?
All tenants have access 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM at our Plano location, and 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM at our other three facilities.
What security features do you offer?
We are well-lit and equipped with high-definition video cameras, perimeter fencing, and coded gate entry.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
Yes, we do. Only in Plano. When you store your belongings inside of a climate-controlled unit, you’ll never have to worry about mold, mildew, rust, corrosion, and other possible damage caused by freezing temperatures and intense humidity.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online anytime you would like using a debit or credit card. You can also stop by the office during business hours to pay in person.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I give my move out notice?
To notify us that you are moving out, a 10 Day written notice
(download link below) is required. It can be emailed, or dropped off to our office. It must be received 10 days before the end of the month to avoid the following months charges.
